1. Nature of Services
Our services include:
- Dedicated developers on hourly, monthly, or project-based engagement
- Software development, web & mobile app development, maintenance, and IT consulting
As our services are intangible and customized, traditional “returns” do not apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email
- Cancellation requests must clearly mention the project or developer engagement details
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and is non-refundable
Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:
- Payments are delayed or not received
- The client breaches agreed terms
- Required information or cooperation is not provided
3. Refund Policy
Hourly Engagement
- Payments made for already consumed hours are non-refundable
- Unused prepaid hours may be refundable only if stated in the agreement
Monthly Engagement
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started
- If cancellation occurs mid-month, no partial refunds will be issued unless agreed in writing
Project-Based Engagement
- Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable
- If the project is cancelled before a milestone begins, the refund (if any) will be assessed after deducting work already performed
4. No Return Policy
Since we provide digital services and human resources, there is no return policy applicable. Once services are delivered or work has started, they cannot be returned.
5. Replacement / Resource Change Policy
- If a client is not satisfied with a developer’s performance, we may offer a replacement developer, subject to availability
- Replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable timeframe
- No refunds will be issued for time already spent by the allocated developer
6. Service Failure & Disputes
- If services are not delivered as per the agreed scope, the client must notify us in writing
- We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, corrections, or resource adjustments
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- Clients are encouraged to contact us before raising any chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action if required
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy at any time.
