1. Services Offered

- Dedicated developers on hourly, monthly, and project-based engagement models

The scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon before the start of the project.
2. Engagement Models
Hourly Basis
- Developers are hired on an hourly rate
- Work hours are tracked and shared with the client
- Billing is done based on actual hours worked
- Minimum billing hours may apply as agreed
Monthly Basis
- Developers are allocated exclusively to the client for a fixed number of hours per month
- Monthly fees are payable in advance
- Unused hours may not be carried forward unless agreed in writing
Project-Based
- The project scope, milestones, cost, and delivery timelines are fixed before commencement
- Any changes or additional requirements may incur extra charges
- Payments are usually milestone-based
3. Payments & Invoicing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule
- Invoices must be cleared within the specified due date
- Late payments may result in work suspension or termination of services
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
4. Communication & Availability
- Communication will be conducted via email, project management tools, or agreed platforms
- Developers will work during agreed working hours and time zones
- Any changes in availability will be communicated in advance
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear project requirements, feedback, and approvals on time
- Delays caused by missing inputs may affect project timelines
- Clients are responsible for testing deliverables before final approval
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Any shared data, credentials, or project details will not be disclosed to third parties
8. Revisions & Change Requests
- Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope
- Additional changes beyond scope will be treated as new work and billed accordingly
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice
- Payments for completed work up to the termination date must be settled
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
